You can’t redesign a classic, but this was fun
Just a quick update as I’m sure some of you are sick of yet another Warhammer related prop build. I’m doing a few Warhammer 40k related items for a friend at the moment as he asked me to help him with a Warhammer exhibition at an event he’s doing. The main Warhammer 40K group in our area was busy doing something else at the time it’s on so I’m doing some props to help out.
This is the latest prop that will be on display at the event. My own take on the Warhammer 40k bolt pistol, with a bit more of a modern twist. Even sheering off the the front on an angle immediately gave the entire blaster a new feel, less boxy a little more modern.
I actually like how this one turned out and I’m generally not a fan of my own stuff
I did a little display stand just for fun, though it bowed because I used insulation foam and it disagreed with the adhesive, the lesson here folks, test first lol.
And that’s it for this build, though I’m sure there will be a few more Warhammer 40k prop builds in the coming weeks.
