Nerf Longstrike CS-6 Written Review – Another quick Nerf gun review for you, this time it’s the Nerf Longstrike CS-6. Technically speaking the Longstrike CS-6 is a sniper rifle, it looks the part, but it’s sadly let down by it’s range, which is certainly NOT what a sniper rifle would be capable of, even a foam firing fake one. The Nerf Longstrike CS-6 is a clip system long arm weapon that works via plunger system. The overall force of this and thus the range are a letdown.

Nerf Longstrike CS-6 Written Review pros and cons

The main pro of the Nerf Longstrike CS-6 is by far it’s overall look. This is one of the coolest Nerf guns aesthetically speaking. It’s overall look and ‘sniper rifle’ selling point are what make the Nerf Longstrike CS-6 cool, sadly they’re a complete misnomer with regards to actual performance. Sniping someone from 70 feet away sounds like fun, but given you need to be within 20-25 feet to hit anything the Longstrike with its misleading name is a massive FAIL.

The first time you put the Nerf Longstrike CS-6 together you will think “Hooyah!! YEAH!”.
Then you’ll realise to snipe someone you need to be in the same small room as them.. not very snipey.

Nerf Longstrike CS-6 Review Score

The Nerf Longstrike CS-6 should really get two review scores, one for the look and one for performance, the latter being much lower than the former. With this in mind the Nerf Longstrike CS-6 gets a review score mixing the two of 7 out of 10.
